The Opportunity

AntiSocial is looking to hire a Director of Production to join our team and lead a badass team of producers across a wide variety of projects. Is juggling multiple innovative projects and campaigns with a multidisciplinary team across North America exciting to you? This might be the position for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Production:

  • Oversee a team of producers across all AntiSocial offices, providing mentorship & guidance
  • Focus on executional excellence with every producer
  • Collaborate with other team leaders on pitches, productions and operations.
  • Provide process training & implementation
  • Oversee opening and closing all jobs across the organization

Project Health:

  • Clearly and accurately define project guidelines and risks
  • Responsible for managing overall profitability of projects
  • Audit and assignment of vendors and suppliers
  • Collaborate with Talent team to ensure projects are properly resourced and optimized
  • Risk mitigation and resolution for project challenges

Process Management & Development:

  • Work closely with Producers and Executive Producers to properly set up budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Create and expand on business/production best practices
  • Support leadership team in operational infrastructure
  • Develop, implement and train teams and offices on best practices and new workflow
  • Identify key investments and improvements to creative workflow and infrastructure

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, leadership and operations management
  • Agency background preferred
  • Experience in digital production required
  • Experience in social, content, and media, a plus
  • Management of an in-house team preferred

The Opportunity 

AntiSocial Solutions is on the search for a talented, professional and experienced Director of Client Services. As our Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for maintaining and maximizing customer satisfaction and engagement with our current, and prospective clients! You will serve as a manager, a mentor and a true thought leader who will not only oversee the day-to-day customer experience processes, but also act as a guide to teams through client interactions and escalations.

As the bridge between client and organization, you are someone who has excellent relationship building skills, is a top-notch communicator, and is someone who takes great pride in having a comprehensive understanding of everything that is important to the client, be that the product, audience and/or market! The ideal candidate will also be data-driven, with the ability to use data and analyses to set the direction for the company’s ongoing client-service initiatives!

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Proactive management of the day-to-day customer experience operations processes
  • Define, drive and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes for customer focused teams with a mindset for continuous improvement
  • Develop strong partnerships with various business unit leaders to operationalize policies, promote collaboration, and execute rollouts to appropriate teams and ensure that the customer experience value is realized
  • Lead, coach and mentor our teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, achievement, and continuous learning
  • Escalate/communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders on a timely basis with fact-based root cause analysis to drive corrective actions and implementations
  • Deliver operational and executive reporting as required
  • Provide oversight on processes including SOWs, account planning and forecasting
  • Comply with all company processes and make recommendations to streamline and simplify business processes if/where applicable
  • Manage a team of Account Directors, Managers and Coordinators ensuring exceptional client services across the board
  • Work closely with director level team to ensure operational excellence within the company
  • Ensure excellence across all client touchpoints, striving for a flawless, outstanding experience for our clients
  • Quarterly and annual planning for both clients and internal forecasting relation to teams, projects and partnerships
  • Lead or participate in other projects and initiatives as required
  • Have a strong background in social, media and data bringing best practises to the role to further develop our team and output

What You’ll Bring 

  • 10+ years of experience at a digital, creative and/or in-house role
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior-level prospects
  • Client-centric with a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external client and team needs
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to command a room
  • Strong relationships with brands and/or creative agencies
  • Knowledge and understanding of the experiential and digital world
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Multi-team management experience is preferred
  • Data driven – relies on data and metrics to drive decision making with a bias for action

The Opportunity

AntiSocial Solutions is looking for an Associate Director of Paid Media to join our media team. This role will report to the Director of Media. This person must be adept at cross-collaboration with other subject matter experts and willing to engage and educate their peers. You have an intimate understanding of paid media, can easily communicate recommendations to clients while providing tactical and strategically led information for the internal teams. You must be able to lead Paid Media ideation, creation, and pitching. You understand how to scope, staff and report on paid media project initiatives by budget, task and level of effort. In this role, you will have a voice in all day-to-day operations and the strategic direction of our team.

This role will be managing the media team (buyers and strategists) as well as leading agency pitches, resourcing, and big client strategies:

What You’ll Be Doing 

Team Lead:

  • Manage the media team (buyers and strategists)
  • Leading annual performance reviews and customized professional development plans for direct reports.
  • Review and QA all outgoing paid media strategy work to ensure brand quality
  • Ensure team is following best practices, QA, and general processes
  • Grow the understanding and mastery of Paid Media individuals
  • Deadline management of entire department along with efficiency training
  • Track and regulate department hours through Harvest
  • Monitor and create department procedures
  • Monitor capacity of team members and adapt to change
  • Maintaining the ability to train account managers on all paid media fundamentals, including media planning, campaign building & optimizing, reporting, testing, platform nuances, and data processing & analysis
  • Coaching direct reports on foundational skills, including clear communication, expectation setting, rapport building, active listening, and conflict de-escalation
  • Continuously refining and updating our knowledge management infrastructure, including ongoing education materials, process, and materials for new hire onboarding

Pitch Support & Strategy:

  • Lead and own the creation of paid media pitches and client campaigns
  • Work closely with the paid team (media strategists, analysts, buyers, and producers) to develop paid media campaigns that are driven on business goals and objectives for your clients
  • Create strategic paid media plans that include budgets, KPIs, audiences, targeting, and channels recommendations
  • Participate in cross-department strategy sessions as well as leadership and development meetings
  • Ability to derive insights and actionable next steps from reports
  • Ensure we’re using the right systems and creating actionable recommendations to help our clients success
  • Leading annual strategy sessions for your clients looking at opportunities for the year ahead to ensure they see constant growth from our thought leadership and partnership
  • Testing and learning new strategies, features, and platforms and share findings with the social media department

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 4 years in-platform experience for paid media:
    • platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous management experience of media buyers/strategists
  • Minimum 4 years experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Project Management experience considered an asset

The Opportunity

AntiSocial Solutions is looking for an Associate Director of Social Media Strategy to join our strategy team. This person must be adept at cross-collaboration with other subject matter experts and willing to engage and educate their peers. You have an intimate understanding of social strategy, can easily communicate recommendations to clients while providing tactical and strategically led information for the internal teams. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, this role will work closely to support growth, integrated marketing and global objectives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, an analytical self-starter with a growth mindset. You have three years experience driving influencer and affiliate strategies in an agency environment. You have relationships and experience working with influencers and have an understanding of the influencer and digital landscapes. This position involves the day-to-day running of the internal and client projects that will cover strategy, digital marketing, client management, and other business operation tasks.  You will spend your time tracking budgets, schedules, managing scope and timelines, creating project plans, spotting risks and opportunities, and managing production and media teams to successful project completion. The Opportunity

AntiSocial Solutions is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Vancouver! As our Account Manager you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our current and prospective clients, lead client acquisition and sales repping initiatives, specifically direct-to-brand. Acting as the main point in contact, you will be the voice of our clients within the agency, as you’ll possess a thorough understanding of our client’s business and objectives, ensuring that all requirements are reflected throughout the content creation process!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the client’s business goals and objectives and ensuring that all requirements are met throughout the campaign and content creation process
  • Oversight of multiple campaigns and regular liaising with the team to ensure the progress of each campaign and flagging any suggestions/concerns to the team
  • Stay close to key contacts over email, phone or face-to-face meetings while providing recommendations and identifying new business opportunities at every stage of the campaign
  • Support producers with managing client requirements, communications and balancing project schedules and budget
  • Act as a leader for social media marketing, content creation, creative ideation whilst contributing to a culture of excellence around creative use of social media in advertising and marketing
  • Lead generation, through the management of inbound leads and identifying strong potential prospects to generate outbound leads
  • Ensure project profitability for each outgoing deliverable or retainer
  • Leading annual planning sessions with clients to ensure we’re acting as a strategic partner with an eye on further business changes and needs
  • Responsible for a portfolio of multiple clients, managing own ability to offer support across each client ensuring team is supported and offering the highest standard of client servicing
  • Provide senior management with reports on performance, team and project status, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Monitor capacity of team members and adapt to change, with a close eye of risk assessment and mitigation
  • Regular tracking of team hours through Harvest/Forecast

What You’ll Bring 

  • 4-5+ years of account management and sales experience at a digital agency
  • Knowledge and passion for the social and digital world
  • Paid media experience is a must for this position
  • A proven track record of hitting sales targets and delivering consistent revenue
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to independently manage multiple campaigns to an extremely high standard, in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with pitching and selling ideas to clients, and ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a can-do attitude
