The Opportunity

AntiSocial Solutions is looking to add a talented and experienced Director of Production to join our team and lead a badass team of producers across a wide variety of projects! Is juggling multiple innovative projects and campaigns with a multidisciplinary team across North America exciting to you? Then this might be the role for you! As our Director of Production, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of producers all across our AntiSocial offices. You’ll collaborate closely with team leads on pitches, productions and operations and provide excellent support to leadership when it comes to operational infrastructure! You’re a natural leader, a strong communicator with a keen eye for overseeing a project’s health and possess excellent organizational skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

Production:

  • Oversee a team of producers across all AntiSocial offices, providing mentorship & guidance
  • Focus on executional excellence with every producer
  • Collaborate with other team leaders on pitches, productions and operations
  • Provide process training & implementation
  • Oversee opening and closing all jobs across the organization

Project Health:

  • Clearly and accurately define project guidelines and risks
  • Responsible for managing overall profitability of projects
  • Audit and assignment of vendors and suppliers
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to ensure projects are properly resourced and optimized
  • Risk mitigation and resolution for project challenges

Process Management & Development:

  • Work closely with Producers and Executive Producers to properly set up budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Create and expand on business/production best practices
  • Support leadership team in operational infrastructure
  • Develop, implement and train teams and offices on best practices and new workflow
  • Identify key investments and improvements to creative workflow and infrastructure

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, leadership, and operations management
  • Agency background preferred
  • Experience in digital production required
  • Experience in social, content, and media, is a plus
  • Management of an in-house team preferred

AntiSocial Solutions is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Director of Social Strategy to join our award-winning team in Vancouver! This is a key leadership position that will be responsible for leading all things related to social strategy. You’ll be creative, analytical and passionate about building a social first culture for our clients, an experienced communicator who will bring knowledge, inspiration and dynamism to the role!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead all social media strategy initiatives and client pitch opportunities
  • Monitor project output and quality of finish work
  • Lead and manage relationships with both clients and staff
  • Work with other offices and staff to drive change and growth
  • Support with lead generation and new opportunities
  • Training and education of the teams on pitches to successful wins ratios
  • Monitor and adjust resourcing based on production load

What You’ll Bring 

  • A minimum of 5-6+ years of previous experience in an associate or leadership strategy position preferably within an agency
  • Experience with project management and digital advertising strategy
  • Strong command of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to B2B and prosumers like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, TikTok, social media listening tools etc.,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure under a time sensitive environment

This senior position is best suited for an individual with diverse project management experience, someone who is comfortable managing marketing campaigns, championing client communications, spotting risks and opportunities, and driving projects to successful  completion! As our Associate Director of Strategy, you will be someone who is adept at cross-collaboration with other subject matters experts, an individual who is willing to engage, educate and help their peers. You’ll have an intimate understanding of social strategy, can easily communicate recommendations to clients whilst providing tactical and strategically led information for the internal teams. You’ll lead Social Strategy ideation, creation, and pitching, understanding how to scope, staff and report on social media project initiatives by budget, task and level of effort!

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years working in paid media capacity, in-house or at an agency
  • 4+ years extensive experience with paid search through Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a bonus)
  • 4+ years extensive experience with paid social (across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc)
    • Experience executing and optimizing Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • 3+ years display and video experience
    • Programmatic experience/knowledge
    • YouTube and GDN experience
  • Knowledge and in-depth experience with remarketing and custom audience targeting and building
  • In-depth experience with building full funnel marketing strategies and being able to speak to how everything works together
  • Extensive experience with executing and optimizing Ecommerce campaigns and strategies (Facebook Shopping, Shopify, Google Shopping)
  • Experience with goal tracking across platforms as well as through GA and GTM
  • Google Data Studios Experience or knowledge
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and pulling reports
    • Be able to use data to drive decision making to support our clients needs
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking and leading client/project meetings
  • Experience leading new business pitches from concept to execution as well as scoping out media projects
