The Opportunity

AntiSocial is looking to hire a Director of Production to join our team and lead a badass team of producers across a wide variety of projects. Is juggling multiple innovative projects and campaigns with a multidisciplinary team across North America exciting to you? This might be the position for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Production:

  • Oversee a team of producers across all AntiSocial offices, providing mentorship & guidance
  • Focus on executional excellence with every producer
  • Collaborate with other team leaders on pitches, productions and operations
  • Provide process training & implementation
  • Oversee opening and closing all jobs across the organization

Project Health:

  • Clearly and accurately define project guidelines and risks
  • Responsible for managing overall profitability of projects
  • Audit and assignment of vendors and suppliers
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to ensure projects are properly resourced and optimized
  • Risk mitigation and resolution for project challenges

Process Management & Development:

  • Work closely with Producers and Executive Producers to properly set up budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Create and expand on business/production best practices
  • Support leadership team in operational infrastructure
  • Develop, implement and train teams and offices on best practices and new workflow
  • Identify key investments and improvements to creative workflow and infrastructure

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, leadership, and operations management
  • Agency background preferred
  • Experience in digital production required
  • Experience in social, content, and media, is a plus
  • Management of an in-house team preferred

The Opportunity

AntiSocial Solutions is on the lookout for an Associate Director of Social Media Strategy to join our award-winning team in Toronto! As our Associate Director of Strategy, you will be someone who is adept at cross-collaboration with other subject matters experts, an individual who is willing to engage, educate and help their peers. You’ll have an intimate understanding of social strategy, can easily communicate recommendations to clients whilst providing tactical and strategically led information for the internal teams. You’ll lead Social Strategy ideation, creation, and pitching, understanding how to scope, staff and report on social media project initiatives by budget, task and level of effort!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with the Social Strategists to develop social campaigns that are driven on business goals and objectives for your clients
  • Lead and own the creation of Social Strategies for pitches and client campaigns
  • Create strategic social plans that include budgets, KPIs, branding, tonality, aesthetics, media planning and creative copywriting
  • Participate in cross-department strategy sessions as well as leadership and development meetings
  • Review all outgoing social strategy work to ensure brand quality
  • Ideate and strategize client campaigns with the Social Media Team
  • Grow the understanding and mastery of Social Media Strategy of Social Media Team individuals
  • Deadline management of entire department along with efficiency training
  • Track and regulate department hours through Harvest
  • Monitor and create department procedures
  • Monitor capacity of team members and adapt to change
  • High familiarity with and personal use of social media, third-party management tools, data insights tools and social listening platforms
  • Ability to derive insights and actionable next steps from social listening data and social platform performance.
  • Ensure we’re using the right systems and creating actionable recommendations to help our clients success
  • Strong relationship skills and a knack for maximizing organic growth opportunities within current workload
  • Leading annual performance reviews and customized professional development plans for direct reports
  • Leading annual strategy sessions for your clients looking at opportunities for the year ahead to ensure they see constant growth from our thought leadership and partnership
  • Maintaining the ability to train account managers on all social media fundamentals, including media planning, campaign building & optimizing, reporting, testing, platform nuances, and data processing & analysis
  • Coaching direct reports on foundational skills, including clear communication, expectation setting, rapport building, active listening, and conflict de-escalation
  • Continuously refining and updating our knowledge management infrastructure, including ongoing education materials, process, and materials for new hire onboarding
  • Leading social-related discussions and partake in internal or public speaking opportunities
  • Testing and learning new strategies, features, and platforms and share findings with the social media department

What You’ll Bring

  • Robust understanding of social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Understanding of Paid Media best practices
  • Experience working on Omni-Channel marketing, as well as influencer marketing.
  • 4+ years of previous experience leading creative for integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • 2+ years of previous management experience

We’re looking for an individual who will champion client accounts and devise unique social strategies for a variety of global brands! As our Senior Social Strategist, you will be involved in developing quarterly campaigns to match our client’s marketing objectives, vision, and goals. This includes the development of the account’s branding, tonality, aesthetic, content planning, and creative copywriting!   • Develop content plans for promotions and marketing focuses
  • Lead and communicate execution, strategy, and goals with the Social Strategists and Associate Social Strategists

The Opportunity
AntiSocial Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Producer to join our award-winning team in Vancouver! As our Senior Producer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed within budget, within scope and most importantly, on point and on time!

This senior position is best suited for an individual with diverse project management experience, someone who is comfortable managing marketing campaigns, championing client communications, spotting risks and opportunities, and driving projects to successful  completion! The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to  efficiently delegate tasks and manage multiple creative teams!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage, motivate, and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders including teams of creatives, developers, and senior management
  • Develop, document, and manage project parameters including scope, schedule, budgets
  • Lead communication internally and externally
  • Organize and optimize information for all departments through corporate software: Harvest, GSuite, Monday & Flow
  • Monitor services to ensure the team is working within hours, project guidelines, and service levels
  • Assist teams in developing creative strategies for campaigns of all sizes

  • Plan production schedule: coordinating with media teams and ensuring everything is on schedule and following the approved shot list
  • Work collaboratively with other producers and support department heads in various administrative tasks

AntiSocial Solutions is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Vancouver! As our Account Manager you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our current and prospective clients, lead client acquisition and sales repping initiatives, specifically direct-to-brand. Acting as the main point of contact, you will be the voice of our clients within the agency, as you’ll possess a thorough understanding of our client’s business and objectives, ensuring that all requirements are reflected throughout the content creation process!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the client’s business goals and objectives and ensuring that all requirements are met throughout the campaign and content creation process
  • Oversight of multiple campaigns and regular liaising with the team to ensure the progress of each campaign and flagging any suggestions/concerns to the team
  • Stay close to key contacts over email, phone or face-to-face meetings while providing recommendations and identifying new business opportunities at every stage of the campaign

  • 3+ years of account management and sales experience at a digital agency

The Opportunity

AntiSocial Solutions is looking to add an experienced Media Producer to our award-winning team in Vancouver! As our Media Producer, you will be responsible for managing our media projects to ensure high-quality project completion. This position involves the day-to-day running of the internal and client projects that will cover strategy, digital marketing, client management, and other business operation tasks. You will spend your time tracking budgets, schedules, managing scope and timelines, creating project plans, spotting risks and opportunities, and managing production and media teams to successful project completion. The ideal candidate is well versed in all things paid media (from strategy to execution to reporting) and possesses strong leadership abilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the point of contact for client communication across all services and departments.
  • Support department heads and teams involved within the project
  • Lead communication internally and externally

  • Monitor services to ensure the team is working within hours, project guidelines, and service levels
  • Account reporting; weekly updates, status calls, budget reviews, roundtables with clients and internal teams
  • Lead reporting meetings with client (outlining results to date, learnings, and recommendations)
  • Supporting clients with education around paid media and attribution
  • Solution solving with Account Director for service gaps/areas of opportunity with the clients
  • Support meetings, brainstorms campaign strategy, campaign management, and planning sessions with internal teams
  • Support and or lead strategy development for paid media campaigns
  • Final QA on all external client facing documents – ad copy, blocking charts, strategy decks, external qa, etc.
  • Quarterly meetings for each account to determine wins, losses, direction, and opportunities

The Opportunity

AntiSocial Solutions is looking to add an experienced Media Producer to our award-winning team in Toronto! As our Media Producer, you will be responsible for managing our media projects to ensure high-quality project completion. This position involves the day-to-day running of the internal and client projects that will cover strategy, digital marketing, client management, and other business operation tasks. You will spend your time tracking budgets, schedules, managing scope and timelines, creating project plans, spotting risks and opportunities, and managing production and media teams to successful project completion. The ideal candidate is well versed in all things paid media (from strategy to execution to reporting) and possesses strong leadership abilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the point of contact for client communication across all services and departments.
  • Support department heads and teams involved within the project
  • Lead communication internally and externally
  • Organize and optimize information for all departments through corporate software: Harvest, GSuite, Monday, Flow
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships
  • Ensure all daily tasks are being completed correctly and delivered on time – leverage internal project management tools
  • Ensure all content meets company and client standards
