Oakwyn Encore Franchise


In 2019, Oakwyn decided to expand their franchise. Coquitlam was a natural area for them to move into and Oakwyn Encore was supported by people who believe in and uphold the Oakwyn values. They were looking to increase their franchising opportunities as well as drive new recruitment for their brand. With the help of our team, we created a robust paid advertising strategy that delivered their message and drove engagement both online and in-person.

The Challenge

Maintaining value while continuing growth


Oakwyn’s core values are integral to their brand and so it is important that each new franchise reflects their corporate values. We wanted to make sure that the Oakwyn Encore office opened with a strong recruitment plan, awareness from buyers and sellers in the Coquitlam area, as well as allowing an opportunity for further growth in the Oakwyn brand.

The Solution

Reaching the right audience


Driving our targeted audience to Oakwyn’s join page helped to collect applications for the Coquitlam Encore recruitment while also building franchising interests. We targeted three specific groups for this campaign. For Awareness, we targeted prospective home buyers, for Recruitment, we targeted real estate brokers and agents, and for Engagement we targeted people who had engaged with Oakwyn and their lookalikes. That audience consisted of males and females in the British Columbia area whose interests were homes, family, philanthropy, real estate, real estate developments, and house hunting. Another objective was to target those already working for other brokerages, encouraging them to join the Oakwyn team.
