The Challenge

Capitalize on online sales over in-store distribution

After being on the market for two years, the brand was still relatively young and widespread in-store distribution was low. Online sales offer better margins, skipping middlemen and distribution channels. Online sales were a perfect channel for People Footwear, but they still needed help with their paid advertising.

The Solution

Create digital ad campaign to drive sales

We launched a monthly paid digital ad campaign with People in March, 2016. We also oversaw their online advertising through the 2016 holiday season. With daily updates, we ensured targeting and ad spend was always adapting and improving.


Paid Advertising Strategy

Using Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads for advertising we were able to hit People’s target market. We chose specific platforms that we knew would fit our demographic and reduce ad spend.

The Results

Grew their monthly revenue to over $20K to an eventual ROAS (Return Over Ad Spend) of 13X over the holiday season. During this period we drove $218K in sales to a $29K ad spend. The average lifetime ROAS hit 7.5X.
