We take our playlists very seriously.

Psych Rock Acid Test is curated by AntiSocial’s own office DJ, tempo-two-wheels Warren Fenton. Fenton belongs to the Media Team, a section of the office known for office antics and creative capers.

Psych Rock Acid Test is inspired by Fenton’s love for the slacker music vibes that came out of the 70s. The artists in Psych Rock Acid Test are creating some of the best psychedelic, garage rock today. With a nod to Black Sabbath, the spiritual father to the garage rock genre, artists like The Black Angels are finding new ways to heavily distort guitar riffs.

The list is full of crunchy guitar noises, positively radiating the sound of spilled beer and ripped jeans.

Psych Rock Acid Test is the musical equivalent of a cool dad with a dope moustache. It pairs well with crushed velvet and cheap lager.
